EHR & Billing Systems Support Specialist
MedConnect Health – Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8–5
This is not a remote position.
MedConnect Health is seeking a motivated team member to support our electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems. You’ll help healthcare practices succeed by providing system support, training, and implementation assistance.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the MedConnectHealth EHR and practice management system
  • Assist with software implementations and user training
  • Troubleshoot workflow, clinical, and billing issues
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to multitask
  • Preferred: billing experience, CPT/ICD‑10 knowledge, quality program familiarity, Experience with EHR/practice management systems, Familiarity with medical terminology & clinical workflows
