New Patient Registration

This feature allows new patients to complete the entire registration process from their portal account! Quickly send new patients the link to their new MedConnectHealth portal account and they will be walked through the registration process step-by-step!

This process is completely customizable! Simply choose which tabs to enable, and the registration wizard takes it from there.

Patient Submitted Electronic Forms

Patients have the ability to complete electronic forms within their Patient Portal account
Completed forms automatically route to the patient chart
- An alert will be visible within chart to notify staff that forms have been received
